With over 20 years experience, I have built a diverse range of leadership, coaching, facilitation and training skills. I am a member of the Institute of Leadership and a registered Tutor and Assessor. Over 14 years experience in design, delivery and assessment of accredited programmes to meet the needs or organisations across the UK. Delivery of training to Team Leaders up to Executive levels.
A blend of real life leadership experience, formal qualifications and working with thought leaders, enables me to be a flexible and adaptable trainer and coach with a people-led approach to learning.

Bespoke Leadership Training & Facilitation
Through personalised training, facilitation and coaching, I support in the development and growth of individuals or entire leadership teams. I work with Team Leaders up to Director levels across a range of industries around the world.
Choose a bespoke approach to create a flexible and relevant learning engagement. I create learning experiences to inspire participants to reflect on their own actions and commit to positive behavioural changes within their roles.
