Zen is a state of meditation. It’s meaning comes from being deep in thought, in the moment awareness, absorbed in something and leading to a state of relaxation and calm. I work with clients 1-2-1 or in teams to discover their personal interpretation of zen.
We all experience big emotions and sometimes struggle to recognise and respond to them. It can be unnerving and disorientating and can lead to disruptive behaviour both in our work and personal lives.
As a Licensed Just Relax for Adults Coach, I support teams to find their calm, understand their feelings and gain emotional strength. Working 1-2-1, I can coach you to bring mindful moments into your everyday life and working practises. Identify your stress triggers and take action to re-frame your thinking and take positive actions to create a growth mindset.

This 7 steps to relaxation approach uses research-based mindful and relaxation techniques alongside values and positive psychology (positivity, strength-building, gratitude, resilience and compassion) to help support emotional health and wellbeing.
As a Licensed Just Relax for Adults Coach I can tailor make an in-house session for your team. Place importance on wellbeing by inviting them to take one hour out of the busyness and join a Just Relax session. Moving through the 7 steps to relaxation, a reminder of quick and effective relaxation techniques to apply to our everyday lives.
